Supported integrations
Resonant IQ sits on top of the tools you already use and reads from them — never writes back. Here's what connects today, and how each source maps onto the two streams the product thinks in.
Every connector uses read-only OAuth. You grant access in Connect your tools, and Resonant IQ imports only what the product uses — nothing more. What it pulls sorts into the two streams: conversations (customer dialog) and account activity (the non-dialog events around an account).
Connectors today
Three source systems connect directly. HubSpot is the richest — it feeds both streams — while Intercom and Zendesk supply conversations.
Because the product names phenomena, not apps, the model is identical whichever of these you run — conversations are conversations wherever they live.
Which stream a source feeds
Every imported event lands in one of the two streams. A conversation source that also carries CRM activity — like HubSpot — populates both; a pure helpdesk feeds conversations only.
Connecting & disconnecting
You connect a source once, from Settings, and Resonant IQ backfills its history on the first nightly run. Disconnect at any time and OAuth access is revoked immediately; the data sourced from it is purged within 60 days.
For the exact permissions each connector requests and where that data is processed, see Data & privacy. To wire one up for the first time, start at Connect your tools.
