Managing your workspace
Setup is a one-time thing; running the workspace isn't. This is the admin surface you'll return to — who can do what, which tools are connected, how accounts are prioritized, and how people join and leave.
Everything below lives under Settings and is visible to admins. If you're setting up for the first time, start with Connect your tools and Invite your team — this page is about keeping the workspace healthy afterward.
Roles & what they can do
Every member holds one of four roles. Access is role-based within your tenant — sensitive commercial attributes, like contract values, are visible only to admins.
Change a member's role from Settings → Members. What each role does day to day is covered in Working the Queue and Scores, flags & coaching.
Data sources
Add a new source, or remove one you no longer use, from Settings → Integrations. Connecting kicks off a backfill on the next nightly run; disconnecting revokes OAuth access immediately and purges that source's data within 60 days.
For the full connector list and what each feeds, see Supported integrations.
Priority tiers
Tiers tell Resonant IQ how much each account matters to you, which weights how it ranks risk and movement across your book. Set an account's tier from its detail view, or in bulk from the accounts list.
How tiers shape prioritization day to day is covered in Working an account.
Adding & removing people
Invite new members with the role they should hold — see Invite your team. When someone leaves, deactivate them rather than deleting: their account is closed and access revoked immediately, but the QA trail they're part of — corrections, flags, coaching history — stays intact and accountable.
Deactivation is reversible in spirit: re-inviting the same person restores their identity in the workspace, so their history reconnects rather than starting over.
